Edward is an ultra runner who has completed 8 Comrades, the London to Brighton, the Marathon des Sables, 3 Kalahari Augrabies Extreme Marathon and many other ultra runs. He has also taken part in off-road Triathlons and is a BTA qualified Triathlon coach.  Run the Country  provides training events, travel packages and other assistance to runners, from beginners to ultra distance athletes. The training events are mainly based in Cornwall where the rugged landscape is used to great effect. Sometimes to provide inspiration and at other times to provide some amazing hill rep sessions. Run the Country wants to help people enjoy running whatever their ambition.
