	Why KAEM: The emotional freedom that the desert evokes. To watch the sunset over rocky outcrops as the moon rises full on one's back. .....toss in a good couple of 'ok' people who live their dreams, and the mix suits well. There are no buildings...... little that's obviously 'civilized', and that's perfect.

	Why KAEM: I have done a lot of seconding in adventure races and love it. I enjoy the driving and finding my way to each ‘transition’. A multi day event like this will be a great experience and I haven’t seen enough of the area so can’t wait!

	Why KAEM: Well, you see, once you’ve been to KAEM you’ll always want to come back. I don’t know why, but it’s just like that. Perhaps it’s the fabulous KAEM family that makes it all happen or the stunning scenery or the fresh air or the bugs, beetles and birds or just to be away from the normal day to day slog. And believe it or not, I enjoy massaging those sore legs (yes runners, they do get sore) even if they’re covered in sweat, sun cream, sand and heaven knows what else. My motto is ...KIS it...Keep It Simple! If it's simple, it's stressless! Not a lot of things get me down and I’m a firm believer in “A laugh a day keeps the doc away”.
