Elsabe has been running for 18 years, done lots of marathons and ultras, with fastest road marathon the Cape Town Marathon (3.23) many years ago and Two Oceans (5.02), also many years ago.  She also enjoys cycling - both road and mountain bike and has done Argus (14 times) and a couple of longer MTB rides but she still prefers the running.  Only really started with trail running in 2008 and has done a few adventure races as well.  Other interests include travel & reading.  Elsabe has been in the travel industry for 12 years doing inbound travel.
